The New Mexico Credit Sale Program is a joint effort among New Mexico land trusts and Strugar Conservation Services, an organization run by highly experienced land conservation and tax credit professionals.
The land trusts and Strugar Conservation Services work together in a seamless relationship to provide the highest level of education and technical support to easement donors wishing to earn and transfer their credits. The Program provides a safe, reliable, and responsible mechanism for selling credits.
When transferring credits through the Program SCS contributes a significant portion of its net revenues directly back to New Mexico land trusts, thus providing funds that may be used to preserve more of New Mexico’s enchanted landscapes.
